Breaking the Ice

A warm welcome to my blog!

Yes I know, I am just another ordinary girl with eyes that glitters with big dreams, big aspirations, one of which include being able to bring change, even to the slightest extent if possible, through my words. I don’t know if I can write that well or not, but I always have a message. And I try my best to be able to bring that forth in the best way possible.

I too believe, like most, that the “pen is mightier than sword” and totally agree with the words of Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai, “one child, one teacher, one book, one pen change the world”. But until now I didn’t find a proper medium to put that forth. I always wanted to start my own blog, but never found the courage. I know you might think its not a big deal, but for a girl like me who always considers herself to be not good enough, even though she might be told otherwise by people, is hard. But with time I have realised one thing; nobody is going to achieve or build a path for you to reach where you want yourself to be. Its you who has to do it. Because after all it was you who saw it and it was your vision. Nobody else, no matter how much they try, would never be able to envision it the way you did.

Therefore, In this quest to achieve my own goals, I hope to inspire people to achieve theirs.

However, before starting off with my blog, I should let you know what it is about? And why should you read it? Well, it would be a lie if I say that its “the best writings you will read” or “come to get inspired”. Because I may not be able to do that. But I know one thing for sure that, I would make sure to give all that I have in making even one of you think that “words are indeed powerful” or make you follow your own dreams or help you find the courage to follow your heart.

Lastly, if you are one of those broken souls who finds solace in words, I hope to provide you a safe haven here, where you can either cry to your hearts content or smile till your lips touch your ears, but you won’t trap emotions within you and die a little everyday, anymore.

To finding the courage to achieve your dreams.

Cheers! Remember, even the best drinks might taste better with lemons, so does your life.
